Our story begins in 1970, when our founder, Mario Ferrara, opened La Plancia in an area on the outskirts of Milan that was undergoing extensive redevelopment at the time. With passion and dedication, he transformed the restaurant into a go-to spot for those seeking the authentic flavor of fresh seafood. Since 1988, the tradition has continued with his son Gennaro, who upholds the same philosophy of quality and hospitality.
