In a recovered suburb of Milan, today a very important business center, the family Ferrara founded in 1970 the Restaurant "La Plancia", that over the years became a popular reference point for lovers of fresh fish.

The founder Mario Ferrara, a native of Caserta, developed a great passion for seafood, while continuing to be also a master of pizza tradition. His dedication and the excellent results of his work is rewarded by the devoted costumers, which attend with pleasure to his local.

The same tradition continues with Gennaro, his son, who for many years keep on the success, maintaining the same love for cooking, but with a bit of innovation and creativity.
